Terms of Service

Last updated: August 26, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TypeCode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

TypeCode provides an interactive learning platform for structured programming. We offer both free content (e.g., Chapter 1) and premium content accessible via paid plans (single course or premium access).

3. Accounts and Security

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. TypeCode cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Payments are processed automatically through SSLCommerz, a licensed third-party payment gateway supporting bKash, Nagad, and card payments. Your access is granted immediately once the gateway confirms your payment — no manual review is required.

  • Single Course Plan: Grants access to a specific course for the duration of the subscription.
  • Premium Plan: Grants access to all available courses for the duration of the subscription.

All plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. We never store your card, bKash, or Nagad credentials — all payment details are handled directly by SSLCommerz.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by TypeCode.

6. Modifications to the Service and Prices

TypeCode reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all Services are subject to change.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
